Things you should consider doing this year:

1, Donate money to a Charity who helps thoes who can't help themselves. Don't worry all you have to do is go to a shop where they have a collection tin and stick all your coppers in there. Of course idealy you should pick up the phone with a credit card and max it out donating money to charity :D... but I wouldn't even do that.
Charities to think about: For the Elderly, For Orphans, For the Third World, For International Medical Supplies, For you Local Hospital, for Drink Driving Victims... you get the general idea. It may be a pile of coins which you have nurtured and cared for over the past 3 months, but to the people you could donate it to it could be the only thing between being around or being deep in the ground. WURD!

2, Don't Drink and Drive, you may end up injuring/killing an innocent bystander who did decide to walk to the pub and that would make you a b-stard for the rest of your life. Also, if you're driving but not drinking and you happen to cruise past a pub, SLOW DOWN as it's not uncommon for jolly drunkards to run into the road in some chase for something which isn't really there.

3, Give a Damn for you Environment. It's 'snow' joke! Although it may seem cold and crispy around you this time of year, don't bee fooled. Ice caps are melting like mad and we're all gonna die if you don't show your governments that you DO give a damn.
You don't have to do anything more than show a little willing, be it via the phone, sms, email or snailmail. Sometimes it takes only 1 extra communique to push the ballance...
We all live on this planet, it's all we have, for a food, our shelter, warmth and being. We have to respect it otherwise humanity and all other living things on this fine Earth will take a 'speedboat' cruise down sh*t creek and we ain't never gonna find us a paddle.
