I’ve gone and created a map/neighbourhood for Sims 2 using the awesome power of SimCity 4.

SC4 Grad-map: Butterfly

Although this map is somewhat watery, you do get to build on both a butterfly and a flower without alerting the World Wildlife Foundation.
It offers miles of smooth coastline which you can hug your cities along when creating the ultimate seaside resort.
