I’ve gone and created a map/neighbourhood for Sims 2 using the awesome power of SimCity 4.
It has been created for it’s practical usage rather than it’s aesthetics and offers space enough for all kinds of housing projects. Smaak!

Download the Varied Grid .sc4 here - To install: Simply place the downloaded .sc4 file into your ‘My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/SC4Terrains’ directory, then create a new neighbourhood. In the list that appears to the left you’ll find the new file, select it then press the ‘Load Template’ button (’play’ icon). You’ll be prompted to give your neighbourhood a name and to choose a terrain type, do so then press the ‘Load Neighbourhood’ button (’tick’ icon). Hey Presto… Enjoy!
