Following some search criteria I found on my stats page I present to you a UK grad-map for Sim City 4.
It’s a bit of a bumpy map I’m afraid as I was trying to maintain height levels.
It’s taken from a satellite map which when converted the greyscale showed all major cities and highest mountains at the same height. I’ve tried to rectify with little results.
Still, you may enjoy the ruggedness so this could be for you.
