This be the build of my mesmer Esme(e) Weatherwax. I generally use this build as an offensive support build and don’t fully use her to her maximum potential. One of the main reasons for this is that I am trying to capture all of my skills rather than buy them, so at 1k per Capture Signet this is going to take quite some time as I have other characters to spend the money on right now.
I know of one more character point I may acquire during Prophecies but have yet to get it.
